I spent a significant portion of my childhood in caravans. Here I am conversing with a cat.

These days I live in a flat in London, no longer surrounded by a Roma community, but I like to use my platforms to highlight interesting news relating to Romani issues and to challenge stereotypes and hopefully combat prejudices.

I offer a sensitivity reading service for anyone who is planning to include Gypsy, Roma or Traveller characters in creative writing projects. Here’s some feedback about the latest project, from the author whose publisher commissioned the sensitivity read:
